Please ensure rooms are vacated by 11am on the morning of departure. If you wish to leave luggage for later collection, we can do so for you at Reception.
Toiletries
All of our toiletries at the hotel are made from Guernsey Seaweed. These products are sustainably sourced & produced all from the beaches here in Guernsey. If you’d like to take any of the products home with you, please enquire at Reception.
Late Night
The Hotel will normally be locked at the main doors from 11.45pm each evening. If you are out for the evening, we recommend you take your hotel keys with you to gain access via the taproom side door. Please ensure the door is fully locked behind you on entry. We ask you try and keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other Hotel guests.

Fire Alarm
We test the fire alarm every Tuesday at 10.30am. In the event you hear the fire alarm at any other time; please follow the routes to exit the building and make your way to the main car park.
Fire Safety
Please read the fire safety located behind every bedroom door.
Ironing
Irons & boards are available at request from Reception. Please dial ‘0’ and we will deliver the items to your room.
Newspapers
Newspapers are usually delivered by 10.30am. Please order the night before. We cannot guarantee delivery of papers if the weather effects travel.
Pool towels
We respectfully ask you do not use the hotel towels for the swimming pool or beach. Pool towels can be collected from Reception.
